As Buddhist youth leaders tasked to run youth groups or Buddhist Societies in tertiary institutions, we face numerous challenges and expectations. As a result, we spread ourselves too thin while trying to balance studies or careers with Dharma work.
In the midst of all these challenges, do you find yourself wishing for more resources and help? How can we confidently propagate the Dharma, manage our youth groups, guide fellow youths, find innovative ways to reach out to new or nominal Buddhist youths, and improve ourselves?
In this interactive and empowering workshop, let Uncle Vijaya guide us through the perspectives and skills in the making of a Buddhist Youth Leader.
