Societies need leaders to progress. Successful leaders embody ambition, capability and passion. They earn respect, prestige and rewards such as scholarships, career promotions and social status. How do we define Buddhist leadership? What does success look like for a Buddhist leader and specifically, a Buddhist youth leader?

Mr Jayson Goh is an active youth member at Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery. Professionally, Jayson works at the Changi Airport Group (Singapore). He was previously Executive Director at the Economic Development Board, holding various appointments including Strategic Planning, Chief Information Officer as well as Regional Director, Western United States. Jayson graduated from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine and obtained his MSc degree from the University of Michigan. He holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
